From China's COVID-19 crisis management, the resignation of Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abes, to the consequences of the U.S. election outcome on local economic and trade policies: Mayur Nallamala, Head of RBC Global Asset Management's Asian Equity team, and David Soh, Portfolio Manager and Quant Specialist in the team, will be joining the webinar live from their Hong Kong office in order to analyze the current capital market environment for Asia's equity market heavyweights Japan & China.

Mayur Nallamala Head of Asian Equity, Senior Portfolio Manager, RBC Global Asset Management (Asia ) Limited

Mayur is a Senior Portfolio Manager and the Head of Asian Equity. Prior to joining RBC Global Asset Management in 2013, Mayur was a Portfolio Manager at J.P. Morgan Asset Management in Hong Kong where he was responsible for Asia Pacific ex-Japan mandates managing assets on behalf of sovereign wealth, institutional and retail clients around the world. Mayur began his career in the investment industry in 1998, and has also spent time working at Chase Futures & Options in London and at ABN AMRO in Hong Kong.

Mayur holds a BSc in Economics and Economic History from the London School of Economics.

David Soh Associate Portfolio Manager, RBC Asian Equity, RBC Global Asset Management (Asia ) Limited

David is an Associate Portfolio Manager and Quant Specialist for the RBC Asian Equity team and is focused primarily on the Asian consumer sector. Prior to joining RBC Global Asset Management in 2014, David worked at Credit Suisse, specialising in quantitative investment strategies for Asia ex-Japan equities. David started his professional career as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company in 2005. He also served as a Defence Intelligence Specialist in the Korean military.

David holds an MSc in Investment Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Korea University.
