This agreement, brings LarrainVial AM’s broad knowledge of Latin American financial markets together with UBP’s extensive expertise in managing European equities portfolios but does not involve any capital transaction between the two firms.
Initially, this agreement will see UBP’s asset management team sub‐advising on a European equity mutual fund registered in Chile and managed by LarrainVial AM, while LarrainVial AM’s local expertise on Latin American equity and fixed income will be leveraged by UBP to support its global emerging markets capabilities.
