Der Handel mit Barings im Namen Ihres Kunden
Ab dem 22. Mai 2012 müssen Sie sicherstellen, dass Ihr Kunde die aktuelle Version des relevanten KIID erhalten hat, bevor Sie bei uns investieren.
Die KIID stehen ab dem 22. Mai 2012 auf unserer Website www.barings.com zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus finden Sie dort ab diesem Datum unser „Supplementary Information Document“ - auf Deutsch „ergänzende Informationen“ sowie die aktualisierten Zeichnungs- und Folgezeichnungsformulare.
Falls Sie eine Fondsplattform oder einen sonstigen Anbieter von Fondsdaten nutzen, sollten Sie in der Lage sein, unsere KIID ab dem 22. Mai 2012 von dort zu beziehen.
Key Investor Information Documents
You will be aware that by 30 June 2012 the Simplified Prospectus for UCITS funds must be replaced by "Key Investor Information Documents" (KIIDs).
Please be aware that with effect from 22nd May 2012 Barings will be providing KIIDs for the Barings UK, Irish and Luxembourg range of UCITS funds and the Barings UK NURS fund. From this date the Simplified Prospectuses will no longer be available for these funds.
Dealing with Barings on behalf of your client
From 22nd May 2012 you will need to ensure that your client has received the current version of the relevant KIID before investing with us.
KIIDs will be available from our website www.barings.com from 22nd May 2012. You will also find our Supplementary Information Document and updated application and top up forms here from this date.
If you use a fund platform or other fund data supplier, you should be able to obtain our KIIDs from them from 22nd May 2012.
