Enrico Camera: I started managing this fund since inception in July 2009. I launched and managed the off-shore version of the strategy in February 2007.

Enrico Camera: Yes we manage the off-shore version and other managed accounts for a total of €480m of Assets Under management.

Enrico Camera: I started managing a long only fund on Emerging Markets equities in June 2000. Since then I have been doing this job.
e-fundresearch.com: What are the main steps in your investment process and in which area is your competitive edge to add value to investors?
Enrico Camera: We employ a well-defined investment philosophy focusing on companies’ fundamentals and in particular earnings expectations. We believe that by correctly anticipating earnings revisions (i.e. changing expectations on future profits) it is possible to capture returns as prices move in reaction to the news. As the ‘herd mentality’ of market participants makes consensus views change slowly, we stay ahead of the crowd using bottom-up, fundamental analysis to form independent one- to two-year views on companies and industries.
